As of Monday November 7th 2005 Topper’s Pizza announces a new edition to its team of franchise support personnel. After an external search of extremely qualified candidates Topper’s has promoted one of its own to grow the new support position of Franchise Business Leader. Dale Porter (former general manager of the Whitewater, WI location) will be serving franchisees in this new capacity. “I interviewed other candidates for this position, and am convinced I have hired the person with credentials that no other person in the world can match. Dale is Topper’s Pizza, through and through. He is a passionate trainer and a proven performer. He has a great instinct for working with people. He has worked at Topper’s Pizza for more than 14 years, and is excited to expand his influence on the company even more” says Topper’s Pizza President and founder Scott Gittrich. As Franchise Business Leader, his role will be: To help existing Franchisees grow their people, sales, and profitability primarily through great operations and training To train new Franchisees to open successful Topper’s Pizza stores To lead store openings from site selection through self sustaining operations To continue to serve in an Research & Development capacity as the primary developer of menu items To develop training systems and project rollouts To bring his expertise to the full range of our growing company’s challenges
