The store is located in front of T.J. Max and Food Lion. Rita's in Virginia Beach is open daily from noon to 9 p.m. Rita's in Virginia Beach is owned and operated by Sharron Jensen. She is a former travel agent who owned Crofton Travel Consultants in Crofton, Maryland. "Owning a Rita's is truly a win-win situation," said Sharron Jensen. "I get to sell products that I enjoy selling and my customers enjoy buying." Rita's Italian Ices are made daily and available in more than 30 different flavors. Rita's old-fashioned Frozen Custard, available in chocolate and vanilla, can be served in either a cone or cup.
