The newest Rita's offers walk-in service and seating. It was designed to fit the unique character of the eclectic neighborhood. Manayunk was the only section of Philadelphia that did not have a Rita's. Rita's in Manyaunk is owned by Joe Dempsey and Shannon Heil. They are veteran franchise owners who also own the Rita's locations at City Line Avenue and Ivy Ridge. "We are excited about bringing Rita's to Manyaunk," said Joe Dempsey. "Now Rita's can truly be found in every part of the city." Rita's Italian Ices are made daily and available in more than 30 different flavors.
