Franchising rights for RE/MAX offices in Romania have been purchased by two associates currently based in Canada. Adrian Sischin, a native of Romania, along with Gabriel Bianchi, a 20-year, award winning veteran of the real estate industry are the new co-region owners of RE/MAX Romania. Both are affiliated with RE/MAX Premier in Toronto where Bianchi is the Broker/Owner. They will temporarily operate from Canada with plans to relocate the regional operations to Romania later this year. Sischin will serve as regional director for the new company. Born in Romania in 1968, Sischin holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bucharest-Romania and came to Canada in 1996 to pursue a career in engineering management and consulting. His personal investing sparked an interest in real estate and after becoming licensed in Ontario, he joined Bianchi's RE/MAX office. Bianchi began his career as an agent, and quickly graduated to ownership of his RE/MAX office. He is consistently a top producer and one of the most successful commercial sales agents in Canada. "I believe in my native country," said Sischin. "I never forgot were I came from and would like to contribute everything I have learned in this country that adopted me ten years ago back to my homeland."
