PostalAnnex+ will value the merchandise and write a detailed listing that will be posted on eBay with a photograph. There is no charge for the Basic package, which includes a seven-day listing with a $1.00 opening bid and a gallery photo of the item. For $19.95, the Premium package offers all the benefits of the Basic with an additional three days of listing and the option for a higher opening bid.
