Based in the Bellevue office, Glenn will oversee the team of Quality Assurance Specialists, Team Leaders, Field Service Managers, etc. who work together to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. Glenn Katayama has over 14 years experience in the facility services industry and started with OpenWorks nearly two years ago as a Quality Assurance Specialist, then served as a franchisee trainer prior to his recent promotion to the Washington Director of Operations. Before joining OpenWorks, Glenn was the Operations Manager for another facility services company for four years. Besides gaining technical knowledge while working in the facility service industry, Glenn's desire to continue learning about the industry compelled him to complete the OSHA certified trainer course, the Stone Care International Marble and Stone restoration class, the IICRC commercial maintenance tech. certification, as well as many other commercial cleaning courses, including surface stain protection.
