Rick will be responsible for branding franchise development, marketing support, overseeing new construction, operations and training support. Prior to joining Noodles, Rick was the Director of Franchise Development for the American Restaurant Development Corporation where he was responsible for creating operational and franchising systems for concepts such as Kokopelli and Sonoran Grill. Rick was also the Senior Director of Franchising for Peter Piper, Inc. for 16 years where he helped grow the company to 135 locations in six states and Mexico.
