As North America's Top-Rated Residential/Commercial Cleaning Service Franchise, Maid to Perfection Corp. is offering special financial incentives to franchise candidates from racial minorities. We feel that it is important to proactively incentivize the diversity of franchisees in our system. At present, about 16% of our owners are minority owners, and our goal is to double that percentage to about one-third. We pool heavily from minorities for our labor today and feel that our continued accessibility to labor can only be enhanced by incentivizing qualified franchise candidates within these same ethnic groups. We also feel strongly that diversity of ownership will reinforce our long-standing policy of zero tolerance towards racial prejudice.
