Over the past three months, Jani-King’s national accounts division gathered information and put its best foot forward in an effort to gain communications giant Sprint as its newest client. In the end, the hours of number crunching and negotiating paid off when Sprint announced that Jani-King would receive a national cleaning contract for 382 of the company’s retail locations. “This was a complete and total team effort,” said Todd Murphy, Vice President of National Accounts at Jani-King. ”So many people contributed to the signing of this account. The current contract calls for cleaning services to be provided in three of Sprint’s U.S. regions --Western, Northeast and Southeast. The Western Region consists of nine Jani-King regional offices including Hawaii, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco/Oakland, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. The Northeast region will also utilize the services of nine Jani-King regional offices in Buffalo, Boston, Hartford, Rhode Island, New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, Hampton Roads and Washington D.C.
