Jani-King International, the world’s largest commercial cleaning franchise company, will take its place in history over the next four months. With cooperation from the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities, the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs exhibit will be on display in Ft. Lauderdale, FL from December 23, 2005 through April 23, 2006. Jani-King of Miami has been contracted to clean the world class exhibit. “This is a once-in-a-lifetime account that requires a museum presentation,” said Dan Charleton, Regional Director for Jani-King of Miami. “In South Florida, there is no other account with such high prestige right now. CEO’s and business leaders from around the region are not only visiting the exhibit but they are seeing Jani-King at our best.” Jani-King franchise owner Jack Quinones will manage the account, which includes more than 20,000 square feet and 161 objects on display. Quinones brought in 10 of his full-time employees and several part-time employees to clean the exhibit, which is open seven days a week for four months. Employees were required to pass additional background checks prior to Jani-King beginning service of the account. The exhibit includes 50 major artifacts excavated from Tutankhamun’s tomb, including his royal diadem. Artifacts from other royal graves of the 18th Dynasty (1555 B.C. 1305 B.C.) are showcased as well.
