Hayes Handpiece Company now repairs LAB HANDPIECES. The company now overhauls electric and air-driven lab handpieces by all major manufacturers. Hayes begins by fully disassembling the handpiece, diagnosing the problem, and thoroughly cleaning the handpiece. All chuck bearings and motor bearings are replaced. The chuck, armature, brush holder, and cord are also replaced if necessary. In addition, Hayes tests for overheating, torque, and chuck strength. All repairs are covered under a three-month warranty.
