Golf USA, Inc. today announced the grand opening of new stores at 2nd and Bryant in Edmond, OK and SW 74th and Penn in Oklahoma City, OK. Both stores are corporate owned, according to Mike Henderson, Golf USA Chairman/CEO. In addition to the new Oklahoma City locations, the company also announced the opening of a new store in Marbella, Spain. "The new Oklahoma City stores are going to be our flagship stores, designed to be the prototype for what every Golf USA store should be," Henderson said. "In addition to allowing us the space to offer more items from more manufacturers, both stores also boast an Achiever Swing Analyzer and Launch Monitor plus a state-of-the-art fitting and club repair center," he added. "Our new location in Spain is designed much like the new Oklahoma City stores," Henderson continued. "It will be large enough to offer our European customers the same selection, name brands, and service that American Golf USA customers have grown accustomed to," he said. Golf USA is an Oklahoma City based operator and franchisor of retail, off-course discount golf stores offering golf equipment, apparel, and accessories. The company has 104 locations in 29 states and six foreign countries, including other corporately owned stores at 122nd and N May in Oklahoma City, Amarillo, TX, and Joplin, MO.
