Fetch! Pet Care, founded by a Berkeley businessman and now spreading like wildfire throughout the state, is not your typical pet-sitting operation. For one thing, it handles crisis extraordinarily well. For example, we were recently away for two weeks in Southeast Asia and discovered via e-mail that our cat-sitting arrangements had fallen through.
