Karim owned and operated many diverse businesses over 25 years. As an experienced multi-unit Subway Franchisee, he pioneered their entry into South Africa as the country's first International Development Agent assisting in the opening of 11 stores in a new territory. Karim is an expert in Franchise Evaluations and Franchise Sales and helps counsel individuals in the buying, selling, and financing of franchises and holds seminars on numerous franchise related topics. Karim is a well respected professional in the Los Angeles and Orange County business community and is a 25 year member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, British Columbia, Canada. Karim plans to open four Extreme Pita locations before the end of the of 2006.
