EPCON Communities announced WNC Lifestyle Communities, an affiliate of Lifestyle Homes of Distinction in Western North Carolina, received The National Award for Franchise of the Year and Most Sales by Community in 2005. The company received the awards at a special ceremony February 28th at EPCON's 8th Annual Convention in Naples, Florida. Bruce Alexander, Owner of Lifestyle Homes accepted the award on behalf of the company. The Franchise of the Year Award recognizes outstanding performance by members. Selection criteria include supporting EPCON's philosophy of business, willingness to share with other members and commitment to the quality that EPCON embraces.
