If you thought the story of Aunt Dorothy stuffing her mouth with a decadent Cinnabon Classic Roll at the airport amused only your relatives, think again. As part of Cinnabon’s 20th anniversary celebration, the company is asking people nationwide to share their memories of special life moments made even better by indulgent Cinnabon treats. Was your wedding cake made of hundreds of Cinnabons? Did your college roommate perk you up during an all-night study session with a MochaLatta Chill ? Were you reminded of home thanks to the Caramel Pecanbon you ate while stationed on a military base? Cinnabon has been “WOWing” guests since 1985, but inquiring minds want to know how. By taking part in the company’s essay contest, submitters can put themselves with the likes of Sharon Stone, Kelly Ripa, Jerry Seinfeld, and numerous other celebrities who have raved about Cinnabon. Of course, a sweet incentive is involved. Each participant will receive a Cinnabon gift certificate and become eligible to win the grand prize a year’s supply of Cinnabon Classic Rolls. Entrants can be as succinct or effusive as they please. And if they’ve got Cinnabon memorabilia they’d like to share with the company, they’re welcome to do so. The deadline is November 18, 2005.
