Aristocare Announces Sale Of 1st Franchise

Rancho Santa Margarita, California. - 8 February, 2005 -

Over the next five years, CareGiver Connection grew from a start up venture to a company with $3,750,000.00 in annual revenues for the 2004 calendar year. Realizing the need of elderly care, Ms. Rambow and her family looked into franchising CareGiver Connection. The name CareGiver Connection was not available in some states so the company took on the name AristoCare Home Health Services. Over the past two years, Ms. Rambow and her family have been developing the AristoCare Franchise System. The cost of this development to date is approaching almost $500,000.00. In anticipation of selling its first AristoCare Home Health Services franchise, as of January 1, 2005 CareGiver Connection decided to change the name of its Tucson, Green Valley, and Sierra Vista, Arizona offices from CareGiver Connection to AristoCare Home Health Services. Another major change occurred on January 17, 2005 when AristoCare Franchise Corporation sold its first AristoCare Home Health Services franchise to Randall and Sharon Radcliff of Rancho Santa Margarita, California. The Radcliff's franchise territory is located in southern Orange County California and covers the Irvine; Laguna Hills; Laguna Beach; Mission Viejo; and San Clemente areas among others. As a start up venture, the approval of the AristoCare Franchise Corporation was halted by red tape in the State of California. After months of frustration, one of the owners, Richye Dana, decided to contact Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's office after seeing him discuss California's new business friendly approach on Larry King Live. A mere week after making the call, senior regulators cleared the way for the AristoCare Franchise Corporation to become registered in the State of California. In an unprecedented candor, one senior regulator told AristoCare Franchise Corporation's Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel that the Governor's office had called his boss to see what the bottleneck was and to dislodge it. Governor Schwarzenegger's instrumental approval of the AristoCare franchise will bring hundreds of employment opportunities to the State of California not to mention the ability to provide home health care services to those in need. Each franchise employs 150-200 people. For information on becoming a franchisee contact Cynthia Michaud at 866.731.CARE or go to AristoCare.net or AristoCareFranshise.com
