Founded 10 years prior in the Netherlands, Oil & Vinegar has focused on becoming a global brand name synonymous with high-quality international taste and experience. Thus far, the majority of the store development has been focused in Europe. As such, today our brand is relatively unknown in the broader US marketplace. Primarily through franchising, our vision is to make Oil & Vinegar a household name, providing food enthusiasts in local markets the opportunity to experience our unique international flare. With our focus now on the US Market, our search has began for passionate entrepreneurs who are ready to chase the dream of running their own business. What Oil & Vinegar has to offer is a retail concept vastly different than anything in the market and one that appeals to the gourmet interests. Training
We provide both initial and ongoing training and support. It all starts with a 2 week initial hands-on training at one of our designated shops in the USA. You, and up to 5 of your team, will leave this session high on Oil & Vinegar and ready to face any challenge your own store can throw at you. In any case, when your store opens, you will also receive 5 days of on-site training at your shop, including hands-on assistance in all aspects of the opening and training of your complete staff.

Support
Two of our staff will return to your store approximately one month after you have opened to provide an immediate check up on how things are going and offer any additional training which is required. Throughout your tenure as an Oil & Vinegar franchisee, you will also benefit from regularly scheduled visits from our support team. In addition, the HQ support team members are just a phone call away.
