We have a menu that appeal to all segments of the population, unlike some single focused concepts. Hayden's brings high quality and fair pricing together with contemporary design accented by warm colors, frosted glass and our focus on a fireplace that recreates a central gathering place. As a Hayden's franchisee, you can expect exceptional service through our combined 40 years in the restaurant business. We believe firmly that our job is to help you be successful and this shows with our exceptional commitment to the opening of your new restaurant. You will also see this commitment in our fee structure, one of the most franchise-friendly in the business. We believe that franchisees are independent business people, and therefore our advertising structure allows you the ability to make your own decision on how much you want to spend. Every market is different and therefore requires different amounts of marketing expenditures. With Hayden's, you only pay % in Advertising fees for development of marketing materials. Beyond that you can decide how much or how little you need to spend. With other franchised restaurants, this number can exceed 5% of sales. Our Royalty structure of only 3% of sales is over 50% less than what you would expect to pay in a franchised restaurant. We view our franchisees as Business Partners, not as a revenue stream, we are committed to growing the Hayden's brand with strong operations centric franchisees. Hayden's has developed a very specific training program that will insure each of your team members has the proper training to execute the concept to the fullest. We believe in training as a method of growing sales, we are looking for Franchise Business Partners who understand the importance of executing operations through training.

Support
Upon execution of the franchise agreement, you will receive a copy of our Confidential Operations Manual which gives the specifics of operating a Hayden's restaurant. In addition, we will be there to fully support you from pre-opening, throughout the opening, and ongoing to support your business. You will be supported by our operations experts that will work with you on fine tuning your operations, as well as helping you improve your profitability. Research & Development Hayden's believes success in the restaurant business is based on serving incredible food and keeping the menu fresh. We maintain an in house culinary team that is responsible for constant development of the menu through the implementation of our seasonal menus. We will also work with Franchise Business Partners to develop regional specialty items if needed to support your business.

Marketing
Hayden's believes that the best marketing is done locally. That is why we will supply you with a Local Marketing Handbook to assist in establishing your restaurant as a favorite dining spot in the community. We will also make available TV, Radio, Billboard and Print if you decide that mass media in your market is a viable marketing strategy.
