This includes $80,000 to $131,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate(s). This total investment also applies to each Drybar Shop you develop under a Development Rights Agreement. If you sign a Development Rights Agreement, you will pay a development fee in the amount of half of the initial franchise fee (currently $25,000) multiplied by the number of Drybar Shops to be developed. The total initial investment when purchasing 3 to 5 units under the Development Rights Agreement is $619,070 to $1,358,360. This includes $110,500 to $206,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate(s).#94 in Franchise 500 for 2020.
