Color Me Mine emphasizes the education and hands-on training of each of its franchise owners. CMM's Studio Operator Certification Program is typically scheduled nine times a year. New franchise owners start their training at our Beverly Hills studio where they spend three days receiving hands on experience prior to the classroom training.
The Color Me Mine Training Program includes classes in Painting Techniques and Design, Marketing, Profit and Loss, Scheduling, Glazing and Firing, Kiln Maintenance, Customer Service, Studio Management and Operations, Risk Management and Safety, Personnel and Hiring, and more.
