Big Al's Steaks Franchise

Steakhouse restauant

Big Al's Steaks features a limited, focused inventory - which leads to an efficient business. Everything about the Big Al's Steaks formula - from the menu to the marketing to the franchise operations - has always been about keeping it simple. No games or gimmicks. In the end, we make authentic Philadelphia Steak Sandwiches and we avoid anything that complicates the process or our image. Authentic We are the only franchise to offer those authentic Philadelphia Steak Sandwiches that people crave. We promise an authentic Philadelphia meal and deliver on that promise. That's why customers have come to trust Big Al's Steaks. If we compromise our authentic Philadelphia image, by cutting corners, adding some fancy-shmancy chandeliers or maybe offering some type of vitamin infused guacamole, everyone will see it in an instant. Loyalty When Big Al and his son Adam began Big Al's Steaks out of necessity (you would understand the urgency if you had to survive on the sandwiches in South Florida in the pre-Big Al's era) they didn't have intentions to do anything other than bring authentic Philadelphia Steak Sandwiches to their new home town - Their commitment to delivering the authentic Philly Cheesesteaks that we craved has earned us countless awards and legions of loyal fans (customers) and that is not about to change. As long as Big Al's Steaks is loyal to our roots and diligent in delivering upon our promise of authentic Philly Steak Sandwiches, then our customers will continue to be loyal to Big Al's Steaks.
