Training
Each APG Franchisee will participate in an initial training course at APG Corporate Offices that will entail approximately 4 weeks but not necessarily 4 consecutive weeks. The initial program will focus on all aspects of the APG Franchise system and is comprised of classroom training. You will be provided a confidential and comprehensive APG TRAINING MANUAL and APG OPERATIONS MANUAL. In addition, field training will continue at your specific APG Franchise office.

APG will periodically schedule visits throughout the course of the Franchise term which are designed to provide operations assistance and guidance in various aspects of your APG Franchise. Your APG Confidential Operations Manual contains specifications, standards, operating procedures and suggestions to guide you in the operation of your APG Franchise.

Marketing
The APG name and reputation is an important part of your business. You are to hold a minimum of $15,000 in reserve (part of the start-up cost listed above) to cover the marketing and advertising costs of your first two workshops with APG. No other advertising fees are required during your first $250,000 in revenue; thereafter, the advertising fee is 1% of gross revenues annually.
