Please note that we have tremendous respect for the entrepreneurial spirit and while previous restaurant experience has certain advantages, it is not absolute or mandatory. Also, the total cost to develop a location depends on a variety of factors and varies from restaurant to restaurant and so the minimum amount for a down payment will vary. Generally, we require a minimum of $150,000 CAD of non-borrowed personal resources and great credit rating to consider you for a franchise. | Training | On-The-Job Training: 48 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours | Your training begins with the Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning MBA, an intense week-long class covering everything you ll need to know to get your business off the ground. This includes service operations and maintenance, the science of cleaning, sales and marketing and training in our technology infrastructure. We follow that up by sending a home office senior technician to work with you in your territory for three days in order to solidify the concepts from your MBA as you start to build your business. As you operate, you ll have our detailed Operations Manual and a video library available for reference as well as phone support with the home office during business hours. If needed, additional training in your territory can be procured. |
