| Training | Training is available throughout the year at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL. You will spend 10 business days learning our system. The training work week is based on fifty (50) hours per week. The complete breakdown of timing as well as what will be covered during your training can be found in the Yogli Mogli Franchise Disclosure Document. | We conduct an intensive, one-week training session at our Akron, Ohio headquarters or at our Irvine, California franchise location, depending on where you live. You will gain both "back office" and in-store experience covering all aspects of operating a Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. In addition, we provide 3-5 days of onsite supportand training at your location during your grand opening week. We also provide our Franchisees a comprehensive Franchise Operations & Policies Manual, which provides detailed information concerning the development, opening and ongoing operation of your Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. |
