Our system provides the franchisee with billing, collection and scheduling services. Our system allows you to monitor the schedule and add appointments as needed, but most of the customer installation appointments will be handled by the Corporate Call Center. One problem we have seen in our business is that small ISP's fail because the administrative burden of billing, scheduling and customer technical support becomes overwhelming as the business grows. With the Air Advantage system, we handle those administrative tasks for you. This allows you to market your business, grow your business and add customers. Once a customer is on board, all technical and billing functions are handled by the Corporate Office. This allows you to focus on running YOUR business while we support your customers and your network Our Network Operations Center (NOC) will help monitor and maintain your network. We will make any necessary corrections remotely and notify you automatically if there is a problem with your network. Our 24/7 customer support provides your customers with around the clock care to help with their networking needs. We can monitor customer connections from the NOC and pinpoint the areas of concern. This service will also help you grow your network. Your time can be spent building a customer base rather than billing customers or taking time to provide them technical phone support. |
