A Hayden's Business Partner must have previous restaurant ownership experience. Business Partner's must have a Designated Manager that is approved by Hayden's. The Designated Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager of a casual dining restaurant concept or a minimum of 5 years multi-unit experience in a fast casual concept. The Designated Manager must dedicate their full-time running the business. |

We provide continuous services in areas such as ? Proven Success ? Easily expandable to multiple locations ? Assistance with site selection and lease negotiation ? Assistance with advertising and promotion ? Assistance with store decor including: full sign package, equipment package and complete menu package. ? Use of proprietary recipes and goods ? Low start up costs, great conversion opportunities | Upon execution of the franchise agreement, you will receive a copy of our Confidential Operations Manual which gives the specifics of operating a Hayden's restaurant. In addition, we will be there to fully support you from pre-opening, throughout the opening, and ongoing to support your business. You will be supported by our operations experts that will work with you on fine tuning your operations, as well as helping you improve your profitability. Research & Development Hayden's believes success in the restaurant business is based on serving incredible food and keeping the menu fresh. We maintain an in house culinary team that is responsible for constant development of the menu through the implementation of our seasonal menus. We will also work with Franchise Business Partners to develop regional specialty items if needed to support your business. |

That is why we will supply you with a Local Marketing Handbook to assist in establishing your restaurant as a favorite dining spot in the community.
