Franchisees must also have a customer oriented attitude, a strong desire to succeed and grow, a great business sense and comprehension of the Flippers model. In addition you must have the ability to run all aspects of a business including employment, daily operations, and the ability to adhere to the Flippers franchises structure and standards. | |
