TWO MAIDS & A MOP provides seven full days of intensive training prior to the grand opening of your new business. Training is conducted within our home office and local cleaning office location in Birmingham, AL. You will have open access to the Founder & CEO of the company at all times and you will be assigned a representative that will track your progress from training to ongoing operations. On-The-Job Training: 40 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours | We have developed a comprehensive, hands-on, and highly technical 5 day training program that is a requirement for all franchisees and staff. 5 day initial training held at the DwellGreen Learning Center, Corporate Headquarters, Sarasota, Fl On-site start up and grand opening assistance Regional meetings Annual national meetings Building Science Certifications DwellGreen Learning Center training & review |
