| Training | You'll receive complete training that covers every aspect of running your tumble and tea cafe from the time you put your key in the door until the time you turn off the lights. Classroom instruction will include administration, operations, recipes and food preparation procedures. On-the-job training will provide you with firsthand experience, and when you are ready to open, an experienced tumble and tea cafe trainer will be there to assist you for your first 7 days of operation. | |

Franchisee marketing support begins with a standard grand opening package design to provide a strong initial impact in each new franchisee's market and deliver incentive for guest trial. Throughout the year, franchisees are provided with turn-key corporate promotions that support brand initiatives as well as seasonal and holiday opportunities. Franchisees also receive year-round marketing support through such foundational programs as the frequent dinner card, customer e-mail communications and persuasive in-store displays. Throughout the year, franchisees also participate in ready-made local store marketing programs tailored for their particular guest demographic or specific neighborhood profile.
