| Experience | We require that you or your operating partner directly operate your Pizza Press restaurant. If you have not previously owned or managed a restaurant, we may require that you designate an operating partner who is an owner of at least 10% of the franchisee. The operating partner must live in the area near your Pizza Press restaurant and work full-time in the franchised business. | Most importantly, we look for people who see the value in their personal involvement in a franchise. We want owner operators, not part-time managers. We look for an outgoing personality, superb communication skills, an ability to be a team player, a positive attitude geared toward success, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to community. We choose franchisees selectively based on a formalized interview process. We know what it takes to succeed and we ensure that each and every member of the Pizza Hotline team has those qualities. |

We will also provide on-site training for you and your staff for up to 5 days before the opening of your Pizza Press restaurant On-The-Job Training: 60 hours Classroom Training: 16 hours | We provide an extensive training program based on years of experience. Potential franchisees train onsite alongside seasoned company veterans and we provide manuals and ongoing training where required. |
