| Training | GM gets 16 hours Classroom training and 46 days on the job training in our corporate training location. Other following mangers : ASST MGR. FOH MGR. BOF MGR gets 16 hours classroom training and 24 days of on the job training in our corporate training location. A team of trainers for a week in support of the Grand Opening. | All managers and control personnel must participate in a 2-3 week training program at the Shell Shack Training Center located in Dallas, TX. Additionally, we provide an Opening Training Team; which is composed of at least 5 of our trained representatives to provide on-site pre-opening and opening training, supervision and assistance to you for a minimum of 14 days. Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including on-site visits and operation reviews. |

| Operations | OBLIGATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTUAL OPERATION OF THE FRANCHISE BUSINESS You must designate one person who owns at least 10% of your equity interests as your “Operating Partner.-- The Operating Partner must serve as the general manager of the restaurant, operate it on a day-to-day basis and have the authority to bind you to obligations relating to the Franchise Agreement. The restaurant must be under the direct, on-premises supervision of a fully-trained manager or a fully-trained assistant manager selected by you and approved by us. We do not require that the Operating Partner or other persons who directly or indirectly own an ownership interest in your entity (an “Owner--) provide direct on-premises supervision. | |
