| Operations | OBLIGATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTUAL OPERATION OF THE FRANCHISE BUSINESS You must designate one person who owns at least 10% of your equity interests as your “Operating Partner.-- The Operating Partner must serve as the general manager of the restaurant, operate it on a day-to-day basis and have the authority to bind you to obligations relating to the Franchise Agreement. The restaurant must be under the direct, on-premises supervision of a fully-trained manager or a fully-trained assistant manager selected by you and approved by us.
