Having basic business and computer skills, plus sales and customer relations skills will also be a plus. You or your staff should have proper certifications and credentials to provide personal training services. We prefer owner-operators - or on-site managers - who can commit to the daily management of the business. We welcome single unit owners as well as qualified multi-unit owners.

Training & Support

  Stretch U High Altitude Personal Training
Training Between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days before your Unit Franchise opens for business, we provide our initial training program for Stretch U Unit Franchises to you, other members of your management team, and any agents you employ. The training program includes classroom instruction and Franchise operation and on-the-job training at either our headquarters in Oklahoma City, your Unit Franchise location, or any other location we designate, including:  Stretch Training Techniques  Basic Management BDP, & SOP training; financial and KPI training  Sales and marketing training  Software Training At a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. Modular headquarters-based training for up to 3 people total, lasting up to 18 days and covering sales, administration, personal training techniques and assessments, and much more. One of our representatives will spend up to seven days in two visits assisting you and your staff on-site at your gym. We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis.
