Training Our initial training program consists of approximately four weeks of classroom and on-site training at one of our affiliate restaurants in Maryland. We request that you and two of your mangers attend training. In addition, we will provide you with one of our trained team members at your site for up to 14 days (to be scheduled around your opening). For this reason we have put together a comprehensive three week training program to ensure the transition into your new life as a Papa Bello Franchisee is a smooth and easy one. Following your acceptance as a Papa Bello franchisee, you will be scheduled to begin the Papa Bello comprehensive training program. Your training will cover: * Administration and Store Development * Human Resources - Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Training and Motivating * Store Opening and Closing Procedures * Bookkeeping * Working together with WAL*MART (as applicable) * Products * Food & Paper Cost Guide * Delivery * Customer Service * Inventory Control * Sanitation * Equipment Care and Maintenance * Marketing * POS (Point Of Sale) System Operation The Papa Bello training program covers every aspect of store management and operations.
