| Experience | Prior experience in the fitness industry may be helpful, but is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will have an interest in fitness and the desire to help people in their communities to get fit. We also prefer franchise owners who will be directly involved in the full-time operations and growth of their Soldierfit franchises. In turn, we'll provide the support franchisees need to run their businesses. We do, of course, also expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the business. | If you have a true interest in or even a passion for fitness, then it is not necessary for you to have prior fitness industry experience. Having basic business and computer skills, plus sales and customer relations skills will also be a plus. You or your staff should have proper certifications and credentials to provide personal training services. We prefer owner-operators - or on-site managers - who can commit to the daily management of the business. We welcome single unit owners as well as qualified multi-unit owners. |

| Training | We provide comprehensive training in critical areas, including business management, sales and member retention, fitness training programs, equipment purchasing and usage, hiring and retaining staff, marketing and promotional activities, and much more. | At a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. Modular headquarters-based training for up to 3 people total, lasting up to 18 days and covering sales, administration, personal training techniques and assessments, and much more. One of our representatives will spend up to seven days in two visits assisting you and your staff on-site at your gym. We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis. |

And we will be available to you via phone, text, or email to answer your questions, troubleshoot, or discuss your business' progress and future. And of course we will conduct periodic visits to provide ongoing advice and counsel to help you continue to grow your business the Soldierfit way. | * Start-up: including site selection, design and layout of your gym, equipment needs, and more. * Training: both at a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. * Marketing: including help with your Grand Opening campaign so you can hit the ground running. * Operations: a copy of our detailed confidential manual containing the procedures, processes, forms, and tactics you need to run an effective personal training franchise. * Technology: access to our proprietary management software, complete with online business and client management tools - including schedules, personalized progress plans and charts, billing and reporting, and more! |
