| Training | Our training program incorporates a self-paced home study industry curriculum including training taught by specialists in nursing, geriatric care, assisted living, in-home care, dementia, hospital administration, elder law attorneys and placement. Further training includes technology and business development, territory development training and mentoring. Upon completion of training, a 3-day site-visit at your location and a one-on-one coaching and mentoring program for 3+ months. All franchisees receive ongoing mentoring for the life of their franchise as needed. | Up to 3 individuals will attend a 40 hour training program at the corporate offices prior to the opening of your business. Six different instructors will review the start up process and provide valuable training on how to manage and grow your business. Field training will include sales, marketing, and live assessment visits in the client's home. |
| Support | Technical assistance in obtaining any required State licensure will be provided. During the first 4 months of operations we will spend a minimum of one day a month at your location to provide operational support and assistance.
