| Training | Initial training is included with your start-up fees. With expert training, your team will confidently deliver the successful Seattle's Best Coffee experience every time. You will have the opportunity to train in our corporate cafes and we come to your soon-to-open cafe to initiate a three week training course prior to opening. | Training will take place at our Morgan Hill, CA headquarters and flagship store for about Two weeks. You will work closely with a designated supervisor and headquarters staff. The training fee is included in the franchise fee. You will be responsible for lodging, travel and other personal costs. |
| Support | The Seattle's Best Coffee comprehensive franchise program provides its franchisees with support from site selection approvals to store opening assistance, initial cafe training, ongoing consultation, employee training programs, marketing programs and materials, new products and more. | You have the option of having one of our supervisors provide you with on-site training for up to five days around the opening date of your restaurant. They can be there to make sure your restaurant is set up and prepared to operate and help you get it running. |
