| Training | Initial training includes extensive training about the brand's proven systems, policies and procedures at our corporate office in Savannah, Georgia. Franchisees are provided with instructors, facilities, and materials for the initial training program. On-The-Job Training: 183 hours Classroom Training: 18 hours | Prior to your store opening, you'll have the opportunity to train at an actual Fuzziwig's Candy Factory store where you'll learn first-hand what it takes to run the business. You'll also benefit from classroom-style training led by our team of experienced business professionals. The training continues long after your doors open. Your Fuzziwig's Candy Factory Field Consultant will be in regular contact with you and you'll be able to network with corporate staff as well as other franchisees. Additional support is also provided through our Franchisee Center, periodic field training, seminars, and regional and national meetings. |
