| Training | Two full weeks of training at our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska. You'll learn about the administrative and operational sides of the business during this time, as well as specific sales and marketing techniques for a home health care franchise. You'll also receive detailed computer software instruction on our communication and invoicing systems. After your senior care franchise opens, we'll provide on-site guidance to help you establish successful daily routines to help grow and maintain your business. | Our training program incorporates a self-paced home study industry curriculum including training taught by specialists in nursing, geriatric care, assisted living, in-home care, dementia, hospital administration, elder law attorneys and placement. Further training includes technology and business development, territory development training and mentoring. Upon completion of training, a 3-day site-visit at your location and a one-on-one coaching and mentoring program for 3+ months. All franchisees receive ongoing mentoring for the life of their franchise as needed. |
