| Training | Two full weeks of training at our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska. You'll learn about the administrative and operational sides of the business during this time, as well as specific sales and marketing techniques for a home health care franchise. You'll also receive detailed computer software instruction on our communication and invoicing systems. After your senior care franchise opens, we'll provide on-site guidance to help you establish successful daily routines to help grow and maintain your business. | Our training program is designed to get you into business quickly. We have a series of modules you will complete at home before you come to corporate for training. These modules cover establishing your business, hiring caregivers, training on our virtual office software system, and setting up your insurance policies. When you arrive at corporate, you will spend two days going through comprehensive marketing training. We focus on what is important to you, finding clients! |
