| Experience | Regus is seeking qualified franchisees with the organizational and financial capabilities to open a minimum of five locations no smaller than 10,000 square feet over a two- to three-year period. Qualified franchisees should have at least three years of outside sales management experience and two years of community marketing experience with a sales team of at least five people. Franchisees must also be committed to uphold operational and image standards of the Regus brand, and have the drive to move quickly and decisively to secure deals with customers. | Must be a self-starter and understand the importance of having a sales focus to create your own success each day. Either you or the person you hire to be your Business Recognition Consultant will meet with business owners in your territory in order to promote your business extensively. Ability and willingness to follow the TTP system and not recreate the wheel. |
