Qualified franchisees should have at least three years of outside sales management experience and two years of community marketing experience with a sales team of at least five people. Franchisees must also be committed to uphold operational and image standards of the Regus brand, and have the drive to move quickly and decisively to secure deals with customers. | The ideal candidate is 35 - 65 years old and meets most of the following criteria: - Is a former business owner - Is a former business buyer - Holds or has held a management level position - Wants to control his or her own destiny - Is self-confident and likes working with people to help them achieve their dreams and goals You don't need business broker experience.
