| Training | The Old Chicago training department will provide Franchisees, their management team, and staff, comprehensive training programs that combine both restaurant and classroom training. All Franchise management teams will receive seven weeks of in-store training at a designated Old Chicago training restaurant. On-The-Job Training: 350 hours | All new PizzaRev franchisees receive the support and training required to open their restaurants quickly and efficiently, including: *Site selection criteria *General restaurant designs and layouts *Review and analysis of layout, blueprint, design, and construction document *Complete equipment lists and specifications *Pre-approved suppliers *Guidance in securing a liquor license *Grand opening promotions assistance and on-site opening assistance *Operational and management tools *Comprehensive pre-opening assistance and restaurant opening training package Our start-up and ongoing training programs will instruct you and your staff in many aspects of running a PizzaRev franchise, including: *Preparation of all PizzaRev menu items *Quality and food portion control *Effective food service operations *Beverage and inventory management *Hiring and personnel management *Marketing, promotions, and public relations *Management tools, systems, and routines *Pizza Certified Trainer program *Cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards *Execution of opening and closing management functions |

These manuals are designed for easy reference and serve as an authoritative source of information about Old Chicago standard operating policies and procedures. | Marketing | Old Chicago restaurants rely primarily on a Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) program that allows each store to choose the marketing programs and promotions that match the needs of the individual store's market. Advertising and promotional materials are available at a reasonable cost to Franchisees that support a LRM program. As such we employ our own graphics designer to assist Franchise Partners with their LRM design needs. We also employ a marketing professional to consult with our Franchise Partners.
