For the first 90 days after a franchisee departs training, there is a mandated weekly call with the National Director of Sales to ensure that all new franchisees are reaching their individual goals. All franchisees are provided one point of contact at the corporate office to have all of their questions answered as they develop. Quarterly newsletters are also provided as well as an Annual Sales training seminar.
