| Training | Before commencing operation of your Mosquito Shield business, company leaders will provide, at no charge, standards and specifications for the operation of a Mosquito Shield business, including requirements for application equipment and other equipment, image, signs and procedures. Initial training for up to three people, including you, your Operations Manager and your technician will also be provided. We will either loan you one paper copy of our Operations Manual or provide you with electronic access to the Operations Manual (via Internet, extranet, or other electronic means) for the term of the franchise agreement upon your completion of our initial training program. | Extensive 12-day initial training at Head Office addresses all aspects of business operations, including administration, technical, marketing, business planning and budgeting.
