In exchange, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own Mara's Caf & Bakery location. | Training | Your or your designated manager will be required to attend an initial training course of 12 weeks for a Production Unit, 8 weeks for a Non-Production Unit or Mall Unit. This initial training will focus on various aspects of your restaurant and include both classroom and on-the-job training. | Franchise owners and their key management staff will receive at least two weeks and up to three weeks of training, including both classroom and on-the-job training. |
| Support | *For approximately 10 days we will furnish one of our representatives on site for opening and operations assistance. *provide operational assistance and guidance *loan you a copy of the LEE'S SANDWICHES operations manual | Your team will receive five days of onsite help at your own location around the time of your grand opening. You will have access to all Mara's Caf & Bakery trademarks, recipes and supply chains, and our unique operational procedures. And, we'll provide you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your caf properly. |
