Training At a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. Modular headquarters-based training for up to 3 people total, lasting up to 18 days and covering sales, administration, personal training techniques and assessments, and much more. One of our representatives will spend up to seven days in two visits assisting you and your staff on-site at your gym. We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis. Much like our successful weight loss program formula, your franchise will thrive on passion, commitment, and personal attention. We will provide you with the tools to run a fulfilling and profitable business. It all starts with a valuable two-day Orientation at the Herbal Magic Corporate Office in London, Ontario. During this time you will be fully trained by our Management team and expert staff on: * Site planning/centre specifications * General business and administrative procedures * Hiring practices * Marketing and advertising ideas and strategies You will then be required to attend one week of classroom training where you'll learn everything about our products, in-store policies and procedures, and best practices.
Support * Start-up: including site selection, design and layout of your gym, equipment needs, and more. * Training: both at a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. * Marketing: including help with your Grand Opening campaign so you can hit the ground running. * Operations: a copy of our detailed confidential manual containing the procedures, processes, forms, and tactics you need to run an effective personal training franchise. * Technology: access to our proprietary management software, complete with online business and client management tools - including schedules, personalized progress plans and charts, billing and reporting, and more!
