| Experience | If you have a true interest in or even a passion for fitness, then it is not necessary for you to have prior fitness industry experience. Having basic business and computer skills, plus sales and customer relations skills will also be a plus. You or your staff should have proper certifications and credentials to provide personal training services. We prefer owner-operators - or on-site managers - who can commit to the daily management of the business. We welcome single unit owners as well as qualified multi-unit owners. | We are seeking dedicated and motivated owner/operators who intend on being active in the day-to-day operation of their centre. Unlike most other franchises, we do not require candidates with specific entrepreneurial experience or industry qualifications. Based on a proven formula for success, we specialize in assisting new franchise owners achieve what many others already have. |

| Training | At a corporate location and onsite in your territory, as well as ongoing refresher training and business planning meetings. Modular headquarters-based training for up to 3 people total, lasting up to 18 days and covering sales, administration, personal training techniques and assessments, and much more. One of our representatives will spend up to seven days in two visits assisting you and your staff on-site at your gym. We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis. | Much like our successful weight loss program formula, your franchise will thrive on passion, commitment, and personal attention. We will provide you with the tools to run a fulfilling and profitable business. It all starts with a valuable two-day Orientation at the Herbal Magic Corporate Office in London, Ontario. During this time you will be fully trained by our Management team and expert staff on: * Site planning/centre specifications * General business and administrative procedures * Hiring practices * Marketing and advertising ideas and strategies You will then be required to attend one week of classroom training where you'll learn everything about our products, in-store policies and procedures, and best practices. |

In addition to the initial training, Herbal Magic provides support through all stages of your new business venture, including: * Site selection assistance * Lease negotiation assistance * Store layout blueprinting * Store leasehold and renovations assistance * Grand opening advertising support * Frequent training seminars * Monthly sales and performance analysis of your centre |
