| Training | Much like our successful weight loss program formula, your franchise will thrive on passion, commitment, and personal attention. We will provide you with the tools to run a fulfilling and profitable business. It all starts with a valuable two-day Orientation at the Herbal Magic Corporate Office in London, Ontario. During this time you will be fully trained by our Management team and expert staff on: * Site planning/centre specifications * General business and administrative procedures * Hiring practices * Marketing and advertising ideas and strategies You will then be required to attend one week of classroom training where you'll learn everything about our products, in-store policies and procedures, and best practices. | On-The-Job Training: 68 hours Classroom Training: 20 hours Additional Training: As needed |
| Support | During your grand opening week, one of our Corporate Franchise Service Representatives will be on-site to provide additional training specific to you, your centre, and your staff. In addition to the initial training, Herbal Magic provides support through all stages of your new business venture, including: * Site selection assistance * Lease negotiation assistance * Store layout blueprinting * Store leasehold and renovations assistance * Grand opening advertising support * Frequent training seminars * Monthly sales and performance analysis of your centre | Newsletter Meetings/Conventions Toll-Free Line Grand Opening Online Support Security/Safety Procedures Field Operations Site Selection Proprietary Software Franchisee Intranet Platform |
