The Designated Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager of a casual dining restaurant concept or a minimum of 5 years multi-unit experience in a fast casual concept. In addition, we will be there to fully support you from pre-opening, throughout the opening, and ongoing to support your business. You will be supported by our operations experts that will work with you on fine tuning your operations, as well as helping you improve your profitability. Research & Development Hayden's believes success in the restaurant business is based on serving incredible food and keeping the menu fresh. We maintain an in house culinary team that is responsible for constant development of the menu through the implementation of our seasonal menus.
